Terms of Service | Lost Tribe Ministries

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lost Tribe Ministries ("the Service"), operated by Command WV LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors, registered members, and enrolled students.

2. Description of Service

Lost Tribe Ministries provides a digital platform for Bible study, Christian education, worship, community fellowship, and personal spiritual growth. The Service includes an interactive Bible reader, an AI-assisted ministry agent system, a K-12 academy with courses and assignments, a personal organizer, study groups, and community features. Some features require account registration and administrative approval.

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information during registration and keep your profile updated. Accounts may be suspended or terminated if we believe you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct harmful to the community.

4. Academy & Enrollment

Enrollment in the Lost Tribe Academy requires administrative approval. Students under 18 must have parental consent. Academic integrity is expected of all students — plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresentation of identity may result in dismissal from the Academy without refund. Grades, certificates, and progress records are maintained at the discretion of the administration.

5. AI Ministry Agents

Our AI ministry agents are designed to support your spiritual growth and educational journey. They are not licensed counselors, pastors, or mental health professionals. Their guidance should not replace professional advice or your own prayerful discernment. Conversations with AI agents may be reviewed by authorized ministry staff for quality and safety oversight.

6. Community Conduct

You agree to treat all members with respect and Christian charity. Harassment, hate speech, spam, inappropriate content, or any behavior inconsistent with biblical values is prohibited. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove content and to suspend users who violate these standards.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including courses, sermons, devotionals, commentary, and software — is owned by Lost Tribe Ministries or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, redistribute, or republish content without written permission. Your personal study notes, highlights, and organizer entries remain your intellectual property.

8. Donations & Payments

Donations and payments are processed through our secure payment provider. Donations are non-refundable except where required by law. Course enrollment fees, if any, are described at the point of purchase. By making a payment, you authorize us to charge the designated amount through our payment processor.

9. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Lost Tribe Ministries and Command WV LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the preceding twelve months.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of significant changes through in-app announcements or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
